Chris Oddleifson: October 1st at the Whistler Museum was Hockey Night

Retired Hockey Player, draft pick for the Oakland Seals, shown with Past President of the Rotary Club of Whistler Ken Martin was forward for the Vancouver Canucks in the 1970's. He played with hockey greats - the likes of the great Phil Esposito and Bobby Orr,  told us the in's and out's in the world of hockey leagues, locker room deals and the NHL history holding us enthralled.  Chris's career beginnings in a small prairie town, the early days, sprinkles of luck, dedication and core courage to the  hanging up his competitive skates made fantastic listening material. We were dished up loads of  hockey history from an extraordinarily nice player who continues to give to the game and communities in his retirement.
