Adam Greenberg, is President & CEO of MakeShift – an employee scheduling and time management app.

With over 25 years of executive management experience for some of the world’s largest software companies, like Ceridian & SAP. His professional success is rooted in a personal commitment to excellence and he is immensely passionate about helping businesses grow while building cultures of purpose and creating high-performing teams. 

Adam believes that business is a force for good that makes the word work better providing for our families and our communities.  He also believes we each have a purpose greater than simply achieving financial success and that purpose is to take the skills and talents we use in business and apply them to giving back and improving lives.

Outside of leading MakeShift, Adam has enthusiasm, deep motivation and commitment to his humanitarian initiatives. He is the founder, President and CEO of leaders2give.org a US 501©(3) non profit and the Founder & President of Leaders2Inspire, which runs corporate retreats focused on building high performing teams.

As a family man, Adam enjoys spending time creating memorable adventures with his wife Tracey, and daughter Eliana whether it be at his summer home on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia, or at his winter home in Baja California Sur, Mexico. You’ll also find Adam, a certified kayak guide, paddling on the Pacific Ocean or the Sea of Cortez. You may also find him sharing his love of wine and helping people explore the diverse wine regions from around the world at his Wine & Tequila bar in Mexico as a trained level 2 Wine Sommelier.
